Our onsite services include staff, arriving onsite with our smoker, setting up the buffet table with chafing dishes and serving utensils, manning the buffet table while your guests are serving themselves and cleanup of buffet area. All remaining food on buffet will be packaged in disposable tin pans for you and your guests.
