Welcome to the home of the Grand Champion award winning, Hickory BBQ & Grill, Michigan’s premier full service catering company. We offer a unique, mobile on site catering experience, featuring show stopping 21 ft. mega grills and smokers. Our cooking process will slowly infuse mouth-watering flavor into fresh meat using charcoal and hickory wood. Our custom sauce recipe was voted Best Sauce, and our ribs were voted Best Ribs by a panel of judges at the 2008 Ribs ‘n’ Soul Festival held annually in August at Hart Plaza in Detroit. We also won the 2006 Westland Culinary Excellence Award for our dry rub slow smoked pulled pork sandwiches.
